Collaborative Process
Culture Consulting is flexible in how our workplace culture tools and services are integrated into the change management plans of our partners. We work directly with the client or provide coaching and shadow consulting to our consulting partner.
Our services are divided into three areas.
Area 1. Briefings on Culture & Planning – Practical, up-to-date culture technology and detailed planning information is provided to client and members of the consulting team.
Area 2. Assessing Culture Tools – Differing approaches with increasing levels of client involvement, scientific rigor and cost:
- Level I - Culture Dialogue Session
- Facilitated 4-6 hour session where client leaders or change management team informally diagnose & evaluate own culture
- Level II - Culture Workshops
- Facilitated 2 -6 hour workshops with a cross-section of employees to gather qualitative data and confirm culture & key interventions
- Includes client planning, personal presentation &/or written report
- Level III - Culture Diagnosis
- Scientifically valid assessment of workplace culture & key interventions
- Quantitative & qualitative approach with the use of electronic surveys, interviews, review of documents & indexes to measure progress
- Includes client planning, working sessions, personal presentations & written reports
Area 3. Follow-up Coaching and Consulting – Support individuals and organizations to acquire the concrete skills and knowledge necessary to align culture with business goals:
- Development of action plans for individual managers, work teams or organization-wide planning efforts.
